Navigating the Global Events Module

The Global Events module enables the viewing and/or adding of global events. A global event is a set of processes, similar to a routine, which is associated to a timer, to be used at project level and not just within a program.

 

 

Access a shortcut menu by right-clicking the "Global Event's" empty area.

This menu is used to:

 

Add a global event. See To Add a Global Event.

Import a global event into your current project from Library. See To Import a Global Event.

 

 

Access the following right-click menu by clicking a global event included in the "Global Events" module:

 

Duplicate Global Event

Duplicates the selected global event. See To Duplicate a Global Event.

Add Global Event

Creates a new global event. See To Add a Global Event.

Delete

Deletes the selected global event. See Delete a Global Event.

Export Global Event

Exports the selected global event into Library. See To Export a Global Event.

Import Global Event

Imports a global event into your current project from Library. See To Import a Global Event.

Properties

Opens the selected global event's "properties" window. See To Edit a Global Event.

Search

Opens a "Search" window you can use to view the selected global event's occurrences within the project. See Detail of Search.
