Process Purpose

 

The File Box group of processes bases itself on the Filebox services provided by MCL-Mobility Platform.

These processes are used to post and retrieve files and information from the device's Filebox (Inbox and Outbox) which is synchronized with MCL-Mobility Platform. For instance, an image contained in MCL-Mobility Platform's filebox can be synchronized with a device's Outbox and that same image is, then, retrieved to be used in the application.

 

 

There is one recurring icon in these processes:

 

Click this icon (located on the upper right corner of the properties window) to create a new data file. It opens an "Add New Data File" window. Go to Creating a Data File to see how to fill in the options available.
