Overview

 

Handling operators and their task restrictions is a fundamental part of site management. Within the MCL-Mobility Platform's context, an operator is a person, working in the customer's facilities/location or outside four walls, that handles the devices. Operators are organized into operator groups.

The operational aspects of operator management are divided into two sub-modules: Operators and Operator Groups. If the subscription associated to the site includes Speech services and the site has been awarded local speech profile management, the Speech Profiles sub-module will also be available.
