Overview

 

The deleting of a counter is a task available in the "Counter Management" page or in a counter's details page.

The "Counter Management" page allows you to delete one or more counters, at the same time.

If you delete a counter and that counter is being used as data source for a dashboard, the dashboard will not display its data.

 

 

Delete a Counter ("Counter Management" Page)

 

Step-by-step

 

1. Access the "Counter Management page" (Admin Dashboard > Control Panel > Business Analytics module > Counters sub-module > Counter Management page).

 

 

2. Select the counter(s) you want to delete and click .

 

3. Confirm the Delete operation to conclude.

Step-by-step

 

1. Access the intended counter's details page (Admin Dashboard > Control Panel > Business Analytics module > Counters sub-module > Counter Management page > < click counter > >Counter Details page).

 

 

2. Click and confirm the Delete operation to conclude.
