Overview

 

The "Data Sync" module is reserved for data exchange services that are provided by MCL-Mobility Platform.

These services focus on the communication/data exchange enhancing of mobile applications running in mobile devices and back-ends.

The "Sync Data" module includes the "Filebox" and "Messagebox" sub-modules. The "Messagebox" sub-module is ONLY available if the associated subscription includes the "Messagebox" service.

 

 

 

 

Filebox Service

This service provides a virtual storage/forwarding space that is used for the exchange of files between the devices/MCL application and the MCL-Mobility Platform account. It is based on the synchronicity of each entity's Inbox/Outbox spaces. See Filebox

The "Filebox" sub-module manages the site's Inbox and Outbox spaces (ex: file archiving, folder organizing).

Messagebox Service

This service is used for message exchange between devices/MCL application and a back-end via the MCL-Mobility Platform account, specifically, via the queues within the account.

The "Messagebox" sub-module manages the site's queues which, in the MCL environment, have been named "topics". See Messagebox.

This sub-module is only available if the subscription includes the corresponding add-on.
