Overview
The Admin Dashboard is the main working area for the account administrator.
The following image displays the initial view of MCL-Mobility Platform, when accessed by the account administrator. It includes a header and the Admin Dashboard:
Header
The header displays information regarding the account:
• | The account's logo. For more detailed information, see Account Details. |
• | A "Welcome Box" where you can log out and/or view/edit the personal details of your profile (for example, to change the password). For more detailed information, see Managing your Profile. You are also provided access to the MCL-Mobility Platform's user guide. |
Admin Dashboard
The Admin Dashboard is the account administrator's work area, meaning, where he views and edits account settings, manages subscriptions, sites and users. It includes five sections - Account Status, Site Shortcuts, Control Panel, Subscriptions and Last Activities.
Account Status
Located on the upper left corner, this section displays information regarding subscriptions associated with the account and its usage. It is not possible to edit any of its elements.
The indicators below display the account number, account and company names and the consolidations of all the subscriptions’ limits associated to the account.
The ID number of the account. The name of the account. The name of the company. |

The gauge displays the number of subscribed devices (ex: .../15) and the devices that are currently associated to the subscriptions (ex: 1/...). |

The gauge displays the number of subscribed MCL-Net servers (ex: .../1) and the MCL-Net servers that are currently associated to the subscriptions (ex: 0/...). |

The gauge displays the number of subscribed operators (ex: .../30) and the operators currently associated to the subscriptions (ex: 0/...). |

The number of sites created within the account. |
|
The gauge represents current disk usage (space used by the file repository). |
Site Shortcuts
This section is located, directly below the Account Status section and includes shortcuts to the sites contained in the account. The account administrator uses them to access the sites.
The following image displays 2 sites. To access the preferred one, click it. To access a site's list/grid, click .
Control Panel
This section is located on the upper right corner of the Admin Dashboard and displays specific administrative/management tasks. Click the required button to access the corresponding module.
This button provides access to account details. For more detailed information, see Account Details. |

This button provides access to a page where the subscriptions can be managed. For more detailed information, see Subscriptions. |

This button displays a list of all the sites associated to the account. You can access the details of each site. For more detailed information, see Sites. |

This button displays a list of user profiles within the account (account administrator and site manager). You can edit each user's properties. For more detailed information, see Users. |

This button provides access to all the files stored in the File Repository. The files are displayed in a tree view. For more detailed information, see Files. |

This button provides access to the development stations. For more detailed information, see Development Stations. |
Subscriptions
This section, below the Control Panel, lists the subscriptions attached to the account. It displays the type of subscription, how many devices are associated to it and its expiration date. Click the subscription to access the page with its details. For more detailed information, see Subscriptions.
Last Activities
This section, located at the lower right corner, displays the last activities performed in the account.
The tasks displayed in the "Last Activities" section include the adding, updating and deleting of:

• | users |
• | servers |
• | development stations |
• | applications, configurations and deployments |
• | devices and device groups |
• | operators and operator groups |
You can view several details regarding these activities:
• | The site they were performed in. |
• | The action itself. |
• | The date and time they occurred. |
If you click , you have access to the last 100 activities performed inside the account and who performed them.
