Overview

The forced password reset of a platform user can only be triggered by an account administrator or the site manager assigned to the site that the platform user is associated to.

It is initiated in the intended platform user's details page and, then, it is completed by that user.

Account Administrator/Site Manager Steps

1. Access the intended user's "User Details" page (Control Panel > "Set Up" module > "Users" sub-module > "User Management" page > "User Details" page) and open its "Security" tab.
