Overview

 

A subscription is the element you buy to enable products and services and is mandatory in order to properly use MCL-Mobility Platform. An account can include more than one subscription.

It is also possible to add add-ons to an existing subscription. See Adding an Add-on to a Subscription.

After the purchase of an MCL-Mobility Platform subscription, you receive an email with the following information:

•Subscription code

•Subscription password

•Product name

•A direct link to the MCL Subscription Manager.

 

If you do NOT have an MCL-Mobility Platform account, you must use the link provided by the email and follow the steps described in To Create an MCL-Mobility Platform Account and Register your Subscription.

If you already have an MCL-Mobility Platform account, you can use this link (see To Register your Subscription in an Existing Account) or login to your account and proceed as follows:

 

Step-by-step

 

1. Access the "Subscriptions" page by clicking (in the Admin Dashboard's "Control Panel").

 

 

2. Click to open the following window:

 

 

3. Fill in the "Subscription Code *" box. The information is contained in the email you were sent after your subscription purchase.

 

4. Fill in the "Subscription Password *" box. The information is contained in the email you were sent after your subscription purchase.

 

5. Read the terms and conditions associated to the new subscription. (The scroll-down of the "Terms and Conditions" document enables the button.)

 

6. If required, click to print the "Terms and Conditions" document regarding the new subscription.

 

7. Click to conclude the operation. (The button is only enabled after you have scrolled down the "Terms and Conditions" document).

 

 

The added subscription is displayed in the "Subscriptions" page and the "Subscriptions" section in the "Admin Dashboard".
