Overview
The manual pairing method uses a Pin Code provided by the device's MCL-Agent to register the device into the MCL-Mobility Platform account. Since the pairing process occurs simultaneously in the device and in the MCL-Mobility Platform account, an internet connection is required - it can be a Wifi or USB connection (for Windows Mobile/Windows CE devices use the Windows Mobile Device Center).
This method is available for both WM/CE and Android devices but the pairing steps are adapted to each OS.
