Overview

 

User profiles are ONLY managed, at account level, in the "User Profiles" sub-module.

The "User Profiles" sub-module is only available in MCL-Mobility Platform accounts with an active/in use OpenID Authentication method ("External System (OpenID Connect)" MUST be the default method - it is defined in the "Account Details" sub-module - "Authentication" tab. See Editing Account Details - Authentication Tab).

 

User profiles can be deleted from MCL-Mobility Platform at any time. It can be done in the "User Profile Management " page (ideal for bulk User Profile deleting) or within a profile's details page.

To Delete User Profile(s) in the "User Profile Management" Page

 

The "User Profile Management" page allows you to delete one or more user profiles at the same time.

 

Step-by-step

 

1. To access the "User Profile Management" page, go to the Admin Dashboard's "Control Panel", click and, then, select .

 

 

2. Select the user profile(s) you want to delete by checking the corresponding .

You can click the check box in the table header (to the left), to select all the user profiles at once.

 

3. Click to delete the selected user profile(s).

 

 

4. Confirm the operation by clicking .

 

 

To Delete a User Profile in the "User Profile Details" Page

 

Step-by-step

 

1. Open the details page of the user profile you want to delete (click the profile's name in the "User Profile Management" page).

 

 

2. Click to delete the user profile.

 

 

3. Conclude the operation by clicking .
