Overview

 

The Sites module of the "Control Panel" presents a list of sites associated with the account and provides access to the settings (that are editable) of each site. This is where sites are added to an account or deleted.

 

 

When clicking Sites Button , you open the "Site Management" page, which presents all the sites included in the account:

This information can be displayed in a grid or a list view. By default, the sites are displayed in a grid view but the view can be changed.

Click Button_Grid or Button_List to select the most appropriate view:

 

Click Button_Grid for a grid view.

 

Site Management Page

 

 

This view displays the following information:

 

(in light blue)

The site's name. If you click it, you access that site's "Site Details" page (ex: Dublin). See Site Details.

(number)

The subscription number (ex: 5911-1149-0092-08). See Subscriptions.

ID

The site's identification number. The ID is generated automatically when a site is created and cannot be changed (ex: ID: 01). See Adding a Site.

Managers

The name(s) of the site's Site Manager(s) (ex: David Finch). See Adding a Site Manager to a Site.

Contact

The contact number for the site which is added on the Site Details page. See Site Details.

Description

Notes added in the Site Details page. See Site Details.

Click Button_List for a list view.

 

Site Management List View

 

This view displays the following information:

 

Name (in light blue)

The site's name. If you click it, you access that site's "Site Details" page (ex: Dublin). See Site Details.

Subscription

The subscription number (ex: 0415-1039-1015-02). See Subscription.

Contact

The contact (a name, a number, an email, etc.) for the site which is added in the Site Details page. See Site Details.

Description

Notes added in the Site Details page. See Site Details.

Site Managers

Displays the name(s) of the site's Site Manager(s) (ex: David Finch). If the site has more than one site manager, mouse hover to view their names.

The "Site Management" page also offers the following options:

Site management items displayedUse these buttons to control how many items are displayed at a time. Click one of the available options (10 items per page/20 items per page/50 items per page/100 items per page).

 

search boxUse the search box to look for specific list items:

 

a. Enter what you want to search for.

b. Click lupa button or press <ENTER> in your PC keyboard to initiate the search.

c. To conclude the search operation, empty the search box and click lupa button or press <ENTER> in your PC keyboard.

 

Export Header ButtonUse this button to export a list with the sites included in the account. Proceed as follows:

 

Export confirmation

 

a. Click Confirm button.

 

The site list is exported with an Excel file format.

The conclusion of the export operation depends on the web browser used. You should be able to save the Excel file in your PC or open it directly after the download.

 

Button_RefreshClick this button to refresh the page's information.

 

Site Display Order BarUse the buttons, included in this bar, to organize the listed items of the corresponding column:

button_view ascendingby ascending order.

button_view descending by descending order.

 

Button Select all 3Click this button to select all the listed items on display. In this case, the displayed sites.

 

Click the site's name (displayed in light blue) to access a page with the details of that particular site. See Site Details.

 

 

Available Operations

 

To add a new site to the account, use Add Site Button. For more detailed information, see Adding a Site.

 

To delete a site from the account, use Delete Header Button. For more detailed information, see Deleting a Site.
