Applications
Overview
The Applications module relates to the uploading and viewing of applications.
In the MCL-Mobility Platform context, an application is a software tool that, once installed in a device, allows the operator to perform tasks such as an "Inventory" or a "Picking" operation.
Applications uploaded in the account are, by default, available for all the sites in the account. Therefore, this list includes all the available applications in the account.
To access the "Applications" page, click (located in the "Control Panel"), and, in the resulting row, select
and view the list of applications created within the account.
Applications added at account level can be restricted to a site or be available to all the account's sites.
Applications uploaded within a site (in the site's own "Applications" sub-module) are ONLY available to that site and CANNOT be used by other sites.
Information regarding the applications can be displayed in a grid or a list view. By default, applications are displayed in a grid view but the view can be changed.
